My team of wedding professionals will guide you every step of the way... from your wedding location to your farewell dance and everything in between such as assisting your wedding party with bridal luncheons, preparing gift baskets for your wedding party, etc. The list is endless. You will have final approval of all decisions but not the stress of gathering all of the information involved. The Total Planning & Co-ordination Package (A) $2500.00
For the couple who prefer assistance from beginning to end.
This package was designed for those who simply do not have the time in their busy schedule to execute all of the prep work involved in wedding planning but wish for the most memorable day of their life to be elegant, beautiful, fun and stress free.

Initial & usually four to seven follow up meetings, including vendor meetings, to answer any and all your wedding questions including etiquette |

Assist in establishing a realistic budget |

Prepare a wedding timeline and checklists |

Create a wedding day itinerary for you and send copies to all your vendors, wedding party and both sets of parents |

Instruct all participants regarding their roles and responsibilities |

Provide referrals of vendors who offer quality products and services and ensure these providers are available for your wedding date and within your budget |

Provide you with informational planning materials on topics such as: Invitations, flowers, photographers, etc. |

Provide you with ideas and suggestions in areas where you need assistance |

Assist with color scheme, theme, style and all coordinating details such as: proper wedding attire, flowers, favors, etc. |

Offer on-site rehearsal coordination |

Initial Consultation (2 hours)

For those who need someone to co-ordinate everything on the wedding day

Confirm your chosen vendors for Ceremony & Reception (4-6 weeks prior to wedding date) |

Oversee vendor setups, contact them as reminder day before of set up times contact day of if tardy or faulty |

Offer on-site coordination at the rehearsal (if facility Director on staff.. will assist) |

Coordinate transition from Ceremony to Reception of wedding party meeting with everyone at end of ceremony rehearsal* providing a timeline of events scheduled for the reception to wedding party & parents |

Provide on-site coordination of ceremony arriving 21/2 hours prior to wedding time to insure wedding party is ready for photography and videography and photography session kept on time line |

Coordination of all prep work for ceremony floral arrangements in place, candles lit prior to guests arriving, lighting properly set, pew are marked, snacks for wedding party have been delivered |

Assist in gathering into one central area of the reception site all items to be removed by designated family member or wedding party (ie: cameras, toasting flutes, cake cutting utensils, wedding gifts, cake topper) |
Wedding Day Ceremony & Reception Director Package (D) $800.00
For those who have vendors coordinated but need someone to Direct the Wedding Ceremony and Reception for etiquette and flow

A wedding day itinerary for you (beginning with the time on schedule for distribution of florals, (21/2 hours prior to the ceremony time) photography session, prelude beginning and seating of guests to recessional and post photography session) timeline to wedding party and both sets of parents at rehearsal (you will receive this 4-6 weeks prior to your wedding day to insure no scheduling issues ) |

Meet with couple 4-6 weeks from wedding date to review planner from the planner a “Preliminary format” with your reception lay out will be created with a timeline for your final approval. |

Once approved the format will be reviewed with other vendors day of wedding (Venue, Caterers, DJ, Photographer and Videographer) |

Greet guests and direct them to cocktail hour/guest register/seating charts |

Greet wedding Party and review timeline of reception and their particular roles giving calm assurance they will be notified prior to a cue for their role that day |

Cue DJ/MC that wedding party has arrived and to proceed to the Grand Entrance |

Cue to DJ/MC First Dance, Dinner, Toast, Cake Cutting, Specialty Dance Set, Farewell and Exit making certain transportation has arrived and all proper bags have been loaded into departing vehicle prior to cueing farewell and exit |
