Custom Wedding Ceremony and Reception Package

2 Professional Sound Systems & Lighting Package We provide a professional sound system for your ceremony and an additional one for your reception. The Reception Set will include a stage lighting set if you are having an evening wedding that incorporates a dance set. |

Professional Sound Technician, DJ/MC and Staff Your DJ/MC will also serve as a Professional Sound Technician for your ceremony and as a DJ and Master of Ceremonies for your reception. This insures a continuous and uninterrupted flow for your guests from your ceremony to your reception. It is important to keep the momentum that is created in the ceremony and carry it over to the reception. This package allows you time to complete your wedding pictures while being assured your guests are being greeted on your behalf and informed of the events of the evening by a Master of Ceremonies while relaxing to upbeat jazz prior to the arrival of the Wedding Party. |

The Rehearsal The Sound Technician in conjunction with your Wedding Director will make certain everything is to your specifications for the wedding day. This package includes your Sound Tech for rehearsal up to (1) hour. We will rehearse with your wedding party to your specific music on a small boom box type system, playing small portions of your specific music selections if requested by your Wedding Director for timing of the events. |

Professional Music Coordination of Your Wedding Ceremony We provide you with a ceremony music planner and a music CD to assist you in selecting your special requests for the ceremony. Once we review your planner our Music Director will put all music to Program Format. We will provide you with this information in the proper format should you wish to have a wedding program printed. |

Proper Attire for The Wedding Day The Sound Tech and your DJ/MC will be dressed in formal attire. |

Reception Coordination BK Entertainment will provide you with pre-planning to customize your reception. The custom package includes a DJ/MC up to (4) hours. (Additional time available upon request). We provide “Top Requested Song Titles” from The American DJ Association for the Dance set as well as other specialty Dances. The DJ will have a complete library of song titles and will be prepared to take requests. |
We will provide you with a “Reception Planner” to assist you in planning your special evening. We request the form to be in our office 30 days prior to your wedding. We will review it along with your play request list and place it to a Format for the DJ. You will have final approval of the format. This prep work prior to the wedding day allows you, the bride and groom to have a stress free day with everything being coordinated by the DJ and staff so the reception is flowing the way you have planned. We professionally announce your wedding party and stage them so your announcement and arrival to the reception has an elegant atmosphere. We professionally announce each dance and event, directing the focus of your guests to the bride & groom. We provide your photographers and videographers with a copy of our DJ format to assist them in being prepared to photograph the highlights of the reception.
